Shipping, Cancellation and Returns Policy

This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise defined in this Policy,
capitalized terms used in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and
Conditions..

1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Upon confirmation of payment for the order placed by the you, the Company directly ships any such Order via third party logistic partners, as per your chosen option of shipping (standard or express). Your Orders are inspected thoroughly before shipment and are packed under CCTV surveillance to ensure shipping of correct products in perfect condition.

1.2. After the Orders are shipped, the Users shall be issued a tracking ID against their Order.
The Users will be able to track their Orders by visiting our Website. In case your Order
is shipped through multiple shipments, a tracking ID shall be issued against each such
shipment. The Customers may visit our Website to track their respective shipments.

1.3. The Orders will be dispatched within two working days (excluding Sundays and public
holidays) of confirmation of order and delivered within seven working days from the
date of dispatching such Orders. The Users shall be duly communicated in case of any
delays in delivery.

1.4. If you are ordering our products during any sale event on our Website, shipment may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes.

1.5. The Users must note that all the timelines are provided on an assumption basis and
could change due to unforeseeable circumstances.

1.6. The shipping charges varies in accordance with the dimension, height, weight, and
location of delivery of the Orders. We may, at our sole discretion, provide free shipping
on Order above a certain amount or during sale events.

1.7. In case of failure by our delivery partners to deliver the Order, as a result of lost
shipments, we shall provide the User complete Refund, in accordance with the terms of
our Return policy.

1.8. The risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the Website passes to the User upon delivery by the logistics partner.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. You may cancel any order placed with us, provided that no cancellation shall be
allowed after the order has been dispatched. In such a case, you may opt for return of
the Order as per the Return Policy.

2.2. You can cancel your order either through the mechanism provided on the Website or by contacting customer support team through email, call or WhatsApp.

2.3. Unless otherwise provided on the Website, there are no cancellation fees or charges.

2.4. Once your cancellation request has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation via email and SMS. In case payment has already been made for the cancelled order, we shall process the refund and credit the amount to the original source within 5-7 days.

2.5. In the event your wish to cancel your order in part, you may do so by contacting
customer support team through email, call or WhatsApp. No cancellation shall be
allowed after the order has been dispatched.

3. Returns and Exchange

3.1. We offer a ‘No-questions asked’ seven (7) days return and exchange policy, which
means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return or exchange, in
terms of this Policy. No return or exchange request shall be entertained after seven days from the date of delivery of the product.

3.2. Products bought during sale are not accepted for returns or exchanges unless there is a wrong product delivered. If such a circumstance occurs, the customer will be sent a replacement. Gift cards and products marked with ‘no return / no exchange’ cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.3. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3.4. You can request a return or exchange through the mechanism provided on the Website or by contacting customer support team through email, call or WhatsApp. You shall provide the following details in your email/ SMS/ call: order number, product title, date of purchase, and reason for return/exchange, product you would like (in case of
exchange).

3.5. If your return/ exchange is approved then we will arrange for a pickup from your
doorstep and also arrange for the exchange delivery. Exchange or replacement will be
delivered at the same address as the original delivery.

3.6. If you choose to exchange the product purchased for any other item of higher value, the difference in the amounts will be charged to you, and if such other item is of a lower value, the difference in the amounts will be refunded to you post successful pick up of the original item and approval.

3.7. Refund will be processed in case of approved returns only after the product is received back in the warehouse and a quality check is done. The amount will be credited back to your original source within 5-7 days.

3.8. No returns/ exchange shall be allowed for the following products: Ghee, Saffron, honey
